1. Platform Role and Business Model

Torqi operates as a facilitator and marketplace connecting customers with licensed Canadian auto recyclers. The parts listed on this site are owned and fulfilled by third-party recyclers. When you purchase a part through our platform:

  • You are placing an order with the auto recycler, not directly with Torqi.

  • Torqi handles order processing, customer service, and payment logistics on behalf of the recycler.

  • Your payment includes the cost of the part and the shipping as set by the recycler.

2. Order Fulfillment

  • Once your order is placed, Torqi coordinates fulfillment and shipping with the appropriate Canadian supplier.

  • All parts are used, original OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components.

  • Availability is subject to real-time inventory updates from partner recyclers.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices shown include the cost of the part and shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

  • All amounts are in CAD unless otherwise noted.

4. Returns and Warranty

Returns and warranty information is available in our Returns and Warranty Policy (linked in the footer). Briefly:

  • You may return unused parts within 14 days.

  • All parts come with a 3-month warranty.

  • Warranty claims require customer-covered return shipping.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Torqi is not responsible for any installation errors, mechanical incompatibility, or improper use of the parts.

  • Any loss or damages incurred from the installation or use of a part are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order.

  • Only use parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

  • Contact Torqi promptly if an issue arises with your order.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved under California jurisdiction.
